Need help with BetMates or want to report a safety concern? Contact the team and include your username, group name, challenge details, and screenshots if helpful.

Reporting Safety Issues

You can report abusive, illegal, harmful, or objectionable content from inside the app. Long-press a group message to report it, or open a user profile to report or block that user.

Account Help

BetMates supports in-app account deletion from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and authentication account. Contact support if you need additional help with uploaded content or group history.

Important Note

BetMates is for friendly social predictions and challenges. BetMates does not process payments, hold funds, transfer money, escrow funds, sell betting credits, or enable real-money gambling.
